      Ice Machine Cleaning and Sanitizing Maintenance Program

 

HPC Foodservice is pleased to offer the following ice machine cleaning and sanitizing program. 

 

 

Our Proline department has the capability of cleaning and sanitizing ice machines based on the manufacturers specifications.

 

Proline will charge the following per facility:

• $400.00 per machine

 

Fee includes:

• All Travel
• All labor to properly clean and sanitize the machines
• Cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Condenser Coil cleaner.

Proline will schedule cleaning appointments in advance.

• All service technicians have been professionally trained.
• The facility will receive a full report documenting that the machine has been cleaned and sanitized as well as any other service performed.
• Multiple machines on the same property must be serviced the same day.
• All machines must be emptied of ice otherwise a $100.00 charge will be added per machine.
• Machines that are not properly operating must have repairs completed prior to cleaning.
• If additional repairs beyond the scope of cleaning and sanitizing are needed and approved all parts and labor would be charged at our normal service rate.
• Machines producing more than 1000 lbs. of ice per day would not be covered under this offer.

  These rates are based on signing this agreement which will be in force for 12 months and will require your facility to have your ice machines cleaned twice during the year. After one year this agreement will automatically renew unless you provide cancellation through email or normal mail.

We also offer refrigeration maintenance program for reach-ins and walk in refrigeration.
