Dear Valued Customer,

In following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control, the local Departments of Health and other current guidance for stemming the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be taking the necessary steps to protect our drivers and your staff via Social Distancing.

We will continue to deliver to your location as always, but with some additional precautions:

Effective Monday, March 23rd, our drivers will deliver your products to the closest access point possible without entering your facility.

This access point could be your dock, doorstep, exterior foodservice department entry door or other agreed upon location. Our driver will place your products and bills at this location and your staff will be able to take the product and check it in. They can then sign the bills and leave them for the driver to pick up. Returns or damaged product can be transferred in the same way.

With these new procedures we will be able to continue to provide you with the products and service you are accustomed to, while maintaining recommended Social Distancing.

Of course, we are all looking forward to returning to normal operations as soon as safely possible.
